How hard is it to use FRS Tech Expert?   FRS Tech Expert is the easiest IT job tracking system. Your staff and IT staff will almost certainly understand how to use the system almost instantly. Staff will input job requests through a simple web based job request panel (screen shot here) and IT staff manage their to-do lists through a special portal. Still, it is recommended that local IT Staff in your schools provide a brief training session for staff by showing them how to get to the job request screen and how to enter a job request.
