How hard is it to use FRS Building and Grounds?   FRS Building and Grounds is the easiest maintenance/custodial job tracking system. Your staff and maintenance staff will almost certainly understand how to use the system almost instantly. Teaching staff will input job requests through a simple web based job request panel and IT staff manage their to-do lists through a special portal. Still, it is recommended that local IT Staff in your schools provide a brief training session for your schools by showing them how to get to the job request screen and how to enter a job request.
