How do I download and install FRS Tech Expert?   FRS Building and Grounds is a hosted web based application designed for maximum compatibility with all modern web browsers. That means that you aren't required to install anything at your site, on your computers, or on your servers. The program runs directly from our servers and can be accessed by any computer, laptop, netbook, or smartphone with a standard web browser and active Internet connection. There is no requirement for any plugins or other technologies that limit platform like Active-X, client side Java, or Flash.
